THE 3RD & JUNIPERO PARKING LOT
Grace UMC has 2-month parking permits for sale at $150.00 each ($75.00 per month). Please note that it is an open parking lot - there are no assigned spaces nor security provided. Permits are sold on a first come, first served basis and may be paid in cash, check, or money order only for first-time buyers. Electronic payment is available for pass renewals.
PURCHASING A PERMIT
Neighbors wanting to purchase a permit for the first time must make initial payments and fill out an agreement during normal office hours. Hours are generally Monday-Friday, 10am-2pm (except federal holidays).
SUBSEQUENT PERMIT PURCHASES MAY BE MADE:
1 - In person during staffed office hours (stated above).
2 - Through mailed payments that include a self-addressed, stamped envelope and payment via check or money order. Two separate payments must be provided if using personal/ cashier's check or money order - one dated for the current month and a second post-dated for the following month.
3 - By dropping payments into the mail-drop slot in the office doors on 3rd Street at any time (following the guidelines for mailed payments above). Upon completion of processing, your permits will be mailed to you.

RESIDENT PERMIT PARKING HOURS (LIMITED)
AVAILABLE: Sunday - Friday nights 9 PM - 9 AM.
NOT AVAILABLE: Saturday 11 AM - Sunday 6 PM.
Cars remaining in the lot during these hours will be towed by an outside towing company at owner's expense.
FURTHER EXCEPTIONS: Grace occasionally hosts special events (i.e. funerals, weddings, community fairs, etc.) and reserves the right to modify parking space availability. When this occurs, notices will be emailed to registered permit holders.
